Supervision & Coaching for Clinicians and Group Leaders

You Don’t Have to Leave Yourself at the Door.

Kat’s Philosophy

Most of us were taught to shrink to fit the very systems we wanted to change. To be neutral. Polished. Disconnected.

Kat doesn’t supervise that way.

Instead, they offer values-aligned supervision and coaching for therapists, group leaders, and healing practitioners who want to stay rooted in themselves while serving others.

This space isn’t neutral—it’s intentional.

What Makes This Supervision Different

  • Liberation-aligned, not license-obsessed.
  • Centered around truth, identity, and emotional integration.
  • Designed for real-world complexity — not just case notes.
  • Built to challenge burnout culture and binary thinking.
  • Offers reflective space, not performance theater.

“You were never meant to leave parts of yourself at the door just to get hours signed.”

– Kat Glick

Supervision & Coaching Formats

You’re not getting a blank-slate supervisor. You’re getting someone who tells the truth with care, names what others avoid, and stays present when things get complex.

What Makes This Work Different

Individual Supervision

  • 1:1 mentorship + consultation

  • For pre-licensed clinicians, licensed therapists, coaches, and facilitators

  • Covers clinical material, relational dynamics, and practice building

  • Virtual | flexible scheduling

Group Supervision

  • Closed monthly cohort (6–8 participants)

  • For clinicians and group leaders seeking support, strategy, and co-regulation

  • Includes teaching, process time, and supervision across modalities

  • Virtual | Application required

Who This Is For

  • Pre-licensed therapists navigating rigid, old-school systems

  • Licensed clinicians tired of “doing it right” but feeling disconnected

  • Coaches and group leaders managing identity-based dynamics in community

  • Practitioners holding trauma, neurodivergence, queerness, or non-monogamy

  • Anyone seeking shame-resistant supervision that affirms both self and work

Kat’s Approach

You’re not getting a blank-slate supervisor.

You’re getting someone who tells the truth with care, names what others avoid, and stays present when things get complex.

What Kat Brings:

  • Decolonized supervision rooted in liberation psychology

  • Trauma awareness that doesn’t pathologize

  • RLT + IFS-informed insight for relational and parts-based work

  • Neurodivergent-affirming, identity-centered reflection

  • Boundaried honesty + emotional presence

Supervision here isn’t just about what happened. It’s about what’s yours, what’s the system’s, and how you want to move forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is supervision, and how is this different from therapy?

Supervision is professional support for your clinical work—not personal therapy. That said, we talk about your humanity in the work. You’ll feel seen, but you won’t be pathologized.

Can I count this toward licensure?

Yes—if you’re in a state where I’m licensed (I’m currently licensed in multiple states). Email me to confirm if your state board will accept hours from me.

Can I join if I’m already licensed?

Absolutely. Many of my current supervisees are seasoned clinicians or facilitators seeking realignment, depth, or burnout recovery. Licensure is a milestone—not a finish line.

What if I’m a coach or group leader, not a therapist?

If your work centers healing, emotional safety, or identity-aware facilitation—you’re welcome here. Let’s talk and make sure it’s the right fit.

What if I need a space that affirms my neurodivergence?

Then we’re on the same page. My supervision affirms nonlinear thinkers, emotional processors, and those who’ve struggled to fit traditional clinical models. You don’t need to mask here.
